Jadavpur University opens admissions for PG Diploma Course in Society, Religion &Work.

Kolkata: Admissions are open for the PG Diploma Course in the Society, Religion & Work at Jadavpur University, Kolkata.

Department of Sociology under Jadavpur University has invited the candidates for an admission to the one year degree programme for the PG Diploma Course in the Society, Religion & Work.

Minimum intake capacity: 15

Duration of the Course: Course will be taught tri-weekly, with two hours lecture per day.

How to Apply:

1. Visit the official website www.jaduniv.edu.in
2. Download the application form from the official website of the Jadavpur University or can collect the admission form from the office.
3. Submit the duly filled in application form, along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 100 drawn in favour of Registrar, Jadavpur University, Payable in Kolkata, is to be submitted to the office of the Information Section, Jadavpur University, Main Campus.
4. Candidates can apply for the admission on and before 06.06.2022.

The list of eligible candidates to appear in the interview will be published on 13^th June, 2022. Candidates whose name will be shortlisted in the merit list to be published on 13^th June can visit the Department of Sociology, Jadavpur University for the interview to be held on 20^th June, 2022.

The final merit list of qualifying candidates after interview as well as instructions for admissions will be published on 27^th June, 2022. The merit list will be published following the reserved quota for SC, ST and PD.

Eligibility Condition for Admission: Graduate in any discipline.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance, through an interview.

Course Fee: Rs. 10,500 +GST of 18% for the entire course.
