International Conference held in CUH

An international conference focused on 'Smart and Sustainable Technology in Energy and Power System' was organized at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh.

 

Haryana: An international conference focused on 'Smart and Sustainable Technology in Energy and Power System' was organized at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh. This international conference organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering, School of Engineering and Technology, CUH. In this conference Dean Academics, NIT Kurukshetra Prof. Sathans was present as the Chief Guest and speaker. On this occasion the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar elaborated on the possibilities and challenges available in the field of energy and power of smart and sustainable technology.

Prof. Sushma Yadav, Pro-Vice Chancellor, CUH drew attention to the ongoing changes in the field of environment and energy as well as the improvements and disadvantages caused by technological development. Prof. Sunita Srivastava emphasized on the positive use and development of technology in the development of energy, resources. The keynote speaker at the event, Prof. Sathans displayed various possibilities of sustainable development in this area through new technology. Prof. Phool Singh, Dean appreciated the efforts made in this direction through this event and said that surely through this the way would be paved for the achievement of the set goals. Giving information about the event, Dr. Rajesh Kumar Dubey, HoD, Department of Electrical Engineering said that a total of 173 research papers were received for this conference. Out of which 82 papers were selected for presentation. Experts from IITs, NITs and universities presented special addresses at the event. Students of various departments including Dr. Muralidhar Nayak, G. Hemakumar Reddy, Dr. Manish Kumar, Dr. Sumeet Saini played an important role in organizing the programme. At the end of the event, the Head of the Department, Dr. Rajesh Kumar Dubey presented the vote of thanks.
