CUH Hosts Symposium Under ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign

Event celebrates patriotic spirit and raises awareness on national symbols as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative

Haryana: Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh, organized a symposium on Tuesday under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga, Ghar Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. The event featured Mahendergarh Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Ms. Kanika Goyal (IAS) as the keynote speaker. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, and Prof. Suneel Kumar, Registrar was present as the guest of honour.

Ms. Kanika Goyal highlighted the significance of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign in uniting the nation. She emphasized national unity, integrity, and the importance of fulfilling one’s fundamental duties alongside rights. She also encouraged students to contribute ideas for the development of Mahendergarh.

Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar commended the keynote address and urged students to move forward with the spirit of “Nation First,” contributing to national development through service and responsibility. Prof. Suneel Kumar, in his welcome address, underlined the importance of the campaign and appreciated the Vice-Chancellor’s guidance in organizing such events.

This event organised by the Office of Dean Students Welfare of the University. A pledge for a drug-free India was administered by Dr. Dinesh Kumar from the Drug Eradication Cell. On this occasion Prof. Antresh Kumar, Prof. Birpal Singh Yadav, Prof. Pawan Kumar Maurya, Prof. Kanti Prakash were also present. The event was conducted by Dr. Neeraj Karan Singh. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dean (Research) Prof. Neelam Sangwan.
