- The notification, numbered CBSE/SE/AP&JD(SP)2025, dated 17 October 2025, emphasizes the continuation of earlier circulars (Skill-35/2025 dated 16 June 2025 and corrigendum dated 08 September 2025) for conducting the upcoming expo/festival.
- Under the Dehradun Regional Office jurisdiction, the event will be held at Delhi Public School, Kichha Road, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand (Postal Code: 263153). The dates are 10-11 November 2025 (Monday & Tuesday).
- Under the Pune Regional Office jurisdiction, the venue is Indo Scots Global School, Plot No. 15, near Mansarovar Railway Station, Old VSNL Colony, Sector-17, Kamothe, Raigad, Navi
- Schools eligible under each regional office must register via the link provided, with registration closing on 26 November 2025 for selected schools to be informed by 20 November 2025.
