Kolkata : The University of Burdwan has announced the commencement of online applications for admission to its PG Courses of Studies for the session 2024-2026. Eligible candidates can apply for various subjects under the Faculty Councils of Arts, Commerce, Law, Music, Science, and others. 

The online application form will be available on the university's official website ([buruniv.ac.in](http://buruniv.ac.in)) from 3rd September to 17th September 2024. 

Eligibility criteria require Honours Graduates or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks for unreserved categories and 45% for SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, DA, and SP categories in the qualifying examination. Applications that do not meet the minimum eligibility requirements will be rejected.

Candidates are advised to read the information brochure thoroughly before filling out the form. They should have a passport-size photograph, scanned copies of their signature, 10th standard admit card, marksheets of all examinations, and reserved category certificates (if applicable) ready for uploading during the application process. 

Applicants must ensure the successful submission of their forms and retain a copy of the application form after submission. Additionally, after completing the Anti-Ragging undertaking, candidates must retain the reference number and a printout of the acknowledgement, to be submitted if admitted.
