New Delhi :The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit cards for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 today, July 5. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official CTET website – ctet.nic.in.
The CTET 2024 examination will take place on July 7. Initially, the application process began on March 7 and was scheduled to end on April 2 but was later extended to April 5.
CTET 2024 consists of two papers:
- Paper I: For those intending to teach classes 1 to 5.
- Paper II: For those aiming to teach classes 6 to 10.
The exam timings are as follows:
- Paper II: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- Paper I: 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Both papers will feature Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), with candidates needing to select the most appropriate option from four choices. Each question carries one mark, and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. Candidates will answer 150 questions for a total of 150 marks.
CTET 2024 will be conducted across 136 cities in India and will be available in twenty languages.
