Swami Vivekanand Chitrakala and Geeta Shloka Uchcharan Competition

Swami Vivekanand Chitrakala and Geeta Shlokas Uchcharan Competition was held in St. Vivekanand Sr. Sec. School,Ladpur on 4th Feb 2020. Around 1200 participants from 75 schools participated with great zeal and fervour.

Honourable Padam Shri Ramakant Shukla, an eminent scholar of Sanskrit and Hindi graced the occasion as a chief guest. Dr. Vinod Babar – Editor Rastra Kinkar Magazine, Swami Dhruvrupanand Maharaj – Ram Krishan Mission and Mr. Rajesh Shrivastav- Lalit Kala Academy were also present as special guests. On this occasion, the Principal of different schools and members of school managing committee were also present. Principal YuvrajPunj welcomed all the guests and the function started with fascinating and devotional Ganesh Vandana.

The chief guest and other dignitaries on this occasion glanced through the exquisite creation of the participants in Art & Craft, Graffiti, Poster Making, Best out of waste, etc. and appreciated the efforts of the school for providing such a platform to excel in different fields. All the guests inquisitively listened to the orators of GeetaShaloka  recitation and praised them for such a beautiful renditions.

Honorable chief guest emphasized on the importance of art. He further said how any form of art can enhance the personality of the person pursuing it.  Dr. Vinod Babar encouraged the participants by his motivational words and stressed on taking part in different competitions, not only for reward but also for the experience that each participant gets by being present at such events. DhruvrupanandMaharajji inspired the participants and told them  to follow the path of Swami Ji for concentration to get success in life.

Mrs. RuchitaPunj A member of Punj Education Society   thanked the chief guest and other dignitaries for sparing their valuable time and blessing the students. All the participating schools praised the school management for providing such natural and positive atmosphere. The guest teachers also appreciated the hospitality extended by St. Vivekanand Sr. Sec. School.
