Air India Recruitment 2019: The Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) has released an official notification inviting all the interested, eligible candidates for Officer Accounts, Junior Executive Human Resource/Administration and other posts.

In order to get selected, all the candidates need to attend the walk-in interview.

Air India Recruitment 2019: Educational qualification required


Officer-Accounts: Inter Chartered Accountant/Inter Cost and Management Accountancy. ORMBA or equivalent in Finance (full time 2 years course) with knowledge of MS-Office Operations. Must have 3 years experience or more in Accounts and Finance functions preferably with an Airline or Ground Handling Company with proficiency in statutory payments likeESIC, PF, Welfare fund, Professional Tax, GST etc

Jr. Executive: Human Resource/Administration: MBA or equivalent-in HR or Personnel Management Course (full time 2 years course) with 1 year experience and knowledge of MS-Office operations. Preference will be given to those who have acquired qualification in Law / Industrial relation / Labour Laws etc. OR Graduate from a recognised university under 10+2+3 pattern with 5 years experience or more in HR Functions and IR / Legal Preferably with an Airline or Ground Handling Company.

Officer-Human Resource/ Administration: MBA or equivalent-in HR or Personnel Management Course (full time 2 years course) with 4 years Experience in HR Functions and Industrial Relation/ Legal. Preferably, with an Airline or Ground Handling Company. Well conversant with MS-Office Operation.

Age limit:
The candidates should not exceed the maximum age limit of 35 years. Meanwhile, candidates from the reserved category will get age relaxation as per the government norms.

All the applicants need to send a non-refundable demand draft of Rs 500 in favour of "Air India Air Transport Services Ltd.", payable at Mumbai.

"No fee is to be paid by Ex-servicemen / candidates belonging to SC/ST communities. Please write your Full Name, and Mobile.No. at the reverse side of the Demand Draft," read the official notice.

Selection procedure:


The selection procedure will be on the same day as for the walk-in date or on the subsequent day(s). The outstation candidates are advised to make their own arrangement of lodging and boarding at their own cost, if required.

As applications are being invited only from the candidates having Requisite Aviation Experience, only a Personnel Interview/Screening process will be carried out. However, the company at its discretion may introduce the selection stage of Group Discussion depending on the response.

Air India Recruitment 2019: Pay scale
Officer: The selected candidates will be paid Rs 41,000 per month
Accounts: The applicants will get a monthly salary of Rs 32,200 per month
Junior HR: The applicants will get a monthly salary of Rs 25,300 per month
