Schools to Reopen in Maharashtra in June ,says CM

Maharashtra CM , Uddhaav Thackeray has announced the academic year for the schools to be started from june with all healthcare measures.
CM said the classes will start in both offline and online medium, he has also approved the use of google classroom for new session and leaning because of the ongoing pandemic's situation.
He has also advised to make the use of online education app, google classroom at present and in the coming days an independent computer - based should be developed, added thackeray.
The education of students should not suffer because of the current situation, education should be started at all possible methods and if there are connectivity issues for rural areas then schools should open with social distancing norms and health measure", said Thackeray.
The government has planned to provide books to children by 15th of june and also preparing for education to be provided through online mediums or television or radio , said school education minister Varsha Gaikwad.
Adding to it chief secretary Vandana Krishna has suggested schools to reduce festival holidays to complete the syllabus which is a lot affcted by the virus .
